Product Owner

As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for working with the P/L owners to drive the product vision, manage and prioritize the product backlog, gathering and refining requirements, planning releases, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring quality, managing risks, and making timely decisions to deliver a valuable and successful product that meets customer needs and business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends to inform product decisions.
• Communicate product vision and progress to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience.
• Align with Product Managers on common strategies and manage cross-team dependencies.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the product team.
• Partner and coordinate with IT, Commercial Business, marketing, ops, and other teams to prioritize, define, and execute new product launches and product enhancements.
