ICO Brand Marketing Lead

ROLE SUMMARY

This posting covers two Brand Marketing Lead (BML) positions: one dedicated to GU and the other to Lung.

• This is a critical role as the brand custodian in ICO to ensure that our marketing plans and execution drives growth, competitive advantage in the market and greater access for patients to our medicines/vaccines.
• The ICO regional expert for a single or portfolio of brands to lead a team who will be the regional content catalyst, providing relevant, adapted brand and customer specific content by collaborating with CoLab / CMO.
• Represent ICO region at global level acting as Point of Contact for Global Team, Member of Global brand teams to represent ICO needs and ensure pull through of Global brand strategy.
• Support shaping and execution of global brand strategy across ICO through development of outstanding brand plans, brand/customer metrics of performance and customer content.
• Be accountable for respective Brand performance across ICO and associated metrics.
