Growth Account Executive

What You’ll Do

Location: Remote, 25% travel
Reports to: Director, Growth Products

• This is a individual contributor role that will have a number of accounts with the expectation of retaining and growing them.
• Measured and compensated on quarterly / annual quota.
• Maintain accurate records of account activities, sales forecasts, and pipeline management using CRM tools.
• Focus is expansion of existing accounts and conversion to multi year agreements.
• Build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, understanding their needs and acting as their advocate within the organization.
• Under stand Axon’s broader product portfolio always thinking about ways to expand accounts

What You Bring

• 2+ years proven experience as an Account Executive, Account Manager, Sales Representative, or similar role, preferably in Public Safety space.
• Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and account management.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to change
