Implementation Project Manager

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Responsible for project / status reporting
• Consolidate all reportings
• Ensure detailed project plan is in place
• Develop project governance playbooks
• Preparation and facilitation of project meetings including meeting minutes and maintaining the activity log
• Assessment of project data, root cause analysis
• Develop presentation for stakeholders
• Preparation of steering groups

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management with a focus on implementation
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with diverse groups.
• Demonstrated expertise in risk management and the ability to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Experience managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification.
• Excellent communication in English
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
