Project Coordinator

UTAC lead the consortium WeatherSafe dealing with the assessment of ADAS/AD performances under Adverse Weather Conditions is officially launched since October 24th 2023.

The 12 entities are working under the coordination of UTAC for the next 3 years to lead studies on the improvement of road safety. The works done will be punctuated by workshops that will take place in different testing facilities.

The project manager organises and conducts the different phases of the project(s) for which he or she is responsible, from a technical, legal, administrative and financial point of view, while being responsible for the quality-cost-deadline triptych.

Your main missions are as follows:

• Coordination and animation of a private consortia with international players
• Manage all aspects of a project in compliance with quality, cost, and deadlines (QCD)
• Management of customer relations from the review of the need to the closing
• Definition of the specifications in compliance with customer expectations (internal or external)
• Participate in the setting up of projects and in the search for upstream financing
• Definition of the strategy to be adopted
• Anticipating the various sticking points
• Planning, monitoring and management of the different stages of the project
• Allocation of resources with a view to quality and efficiency
• Managing stakeholder involvement
• Lead meetings and steering committees with international stakeholders
• Ensure regular reporting
• Validate deliverables at each stage of the project
• Represent the company externally

SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES

• Negotiation with stakeholders (suppliers, customers, etc.)
• Collaborate and advance the professionals involved in the project
• Ensure a watch on calls for projects, calls for expressions of interest and customer needs.

Requirements

• Higher education Bac+5 or PhD
• Advanced English Language
• German language would be a plus
• Technical curiosity and skills, experience in ADAS- AD would be a plus
• Excellent communication and group facilitation skills in English
• Spirit of synthesis
• Excellent interpersonal skills
