Cash and Banking Executive

Brief overview of the role

Based in our Cape Town Centre of Excellence the role will report to the Cashbook & Treasury Team Leader. This role is primarily concerned with all day-to-day cash and banking operations for all Euromonitor global offices. This role will work closely with the Accounts Payable Team to ensure payments are processed accurately and in a timely manner.·

Key responsibilities

· To work closely with the Accounts Payable Team and other global finance colleagues to ensure global supplier and staff payments are processed on time, whilst ensuring all requests are approved in accordance with operational guidelines.

· To perform daily reconciliation of multi-currency bank accounts and posting of incoming/outgoing transactions on the accounting system.

· To process daily/weekly and ad hoc payments via online global banking platforms

· To deal with administration, reconciliations and posting transactions into accounting system for credit cards, petty cash and travel advances transactions.
