Junior Testing and CRM Support Specialist

About the role

Purpose of the position: Support in the implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns, first line administrative and service support in CRM, implementation of CRM system tests.

Key tasks

• Implementation of marketing campaigns through various outreach channels such as SMS, telephone, postal delivery, e-mail in the CRM system.
• Agreeing on assumptions for marketing campaigns in terms of target group selection criteria, timing of implementation
• Conducting target group selection for direct campaigns.
• Planning and launching multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Controlling the implementation of processes in the CRM within the framework of launched campaigns
• Verification of the execution of the plan of individual orders agreed with the business.
• Participation in CRM development projects
• Checking the correct operation of individual functionalities in the CRM system
• Implementation of special actions to support marketing activities/campaigns
• Prepare and provide appropriate documentation - manuals, brief functional messages.
