Job Responsibilities:

1. Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing sales team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and company policies.

2. Content Development: Assist in developing training materials such as presentations, exercises, and case studies tailored to the needs of junior sales staff.

3. Onboarding Support: Help onboard new sales representatives by providing initial training and ongoing coaching to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.

4. Performance Evaluation: Evaluate the progress and effectiveness of training

programs through assessments, feedback sessions, and performance metrics.

5. Sales Coaching: Provide one-on-one coaching sessions to junior sales staff to

improve their sales skills, overcome challenges, and achieve performance targets.

6. Sales Process Improvement: Collaborate with senior trainers or sales managers to identify areas for improvement in the sales process and develop training initiatives to address these areas.

7. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of training activities and results and generate reports on training effectiveness and participant performance.

8. Stay Updated: Stay informed about industry trends, sales techniques, and best practices in training and development to continuously enhance training programs.

9. Quality Process Knowledge :- Should have some Quality process Knowledge

Qualifications:

  • 1. Education: A bachelorโ€™s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field. Relevant certifications in sales training or adult education are a plus.

  • 2. Experience: Previous experience in sales, sales training, or a related field is preferred. Experience as a sales representative or junior trainer is beneficial.

  • 3. Knowledge: A solid understanding of sales techniques, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and sales methodologies. Familiarity with instructional design principles is advantageous.

  • 4. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively deliver training sessions, explain complex concepts, and provide constructive feedback.

  • 5. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with trainees, motivate them, and foster a collaborative learning environment.

  • 6. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse training needs, evaluate training effectiveness, and adjust programs accordingly to achieve desired outcomes.

  • 7. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple training sessions, materials, and administrative tasks effectively.

  • 8. Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt training methods and materials to accommodate different learning styles and varying levels of experience among trainees.

  • 9. Passion for Learning: A passion for continuous learning and development, both personally and for trainees, to stay ahead in the field of sales training.

  • This role typically reports to a Senior Sales Trainer or Sales Training & Quality Manager and plays a crucial role in developing the skills and knowledge of junior sales staff to drive overall sales performance and organizational success.
