Job Summary:

As a Sales BPO Assistant Team Leader specializing in loan sales, you will be responsible for supervising and supporting a team of sales representatives engaged in promoting and selling loan products. You will ensure the achievement of sales targets, provide coaching and guidance to team members, and contribute to the overall success of the sales operations.

Responsibilities:

  • 1. Team Supervision: Supervise a team of sales representatives involved in outbound/inbound calls or online sales activities related to loan products.

  • 2. Sales Target Achievement: Assist in setting sales targets and KPIs for the team and ensure they are met or exceeded through effective coaching, motivation, and performance management.

  • 3. Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing coaching for existing team members to enhance their sales skills, product knowledge, and understanding of sales processes.

  • 4. Performance Monitoring: Monitor individual and team performance through regular performance reviews, call monitoring, and sales metrics analysis.

  • 5. Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to sales scripts, compliance with regulatory requirements, and quality standards in sales interactions and processes.

  • 6. Customer Relationship Management: Foster positive customer relationships through effective communication, problem-solving, and resolution of customer inquiries or issues escalated by team members.

  • 7. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, sales metrics, and KPIs to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.

  • 8. Process Improvement: Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency gains, and enhanced customer experience in loan sales operations.

  • 9. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as Marketing, Operations, and Compliance to ensure alignment in sales strategies, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • 1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. Relevant certifications in sales management or leadership are a plus.

  • 2. Experience: Proven experience in sales within the financial services industry, with a focus on loan products. Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role in a BPO setting is preferred.

  • 3. Sales Skills: Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and proficiency in managing sales funnels and pipelines.

  • 4. Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and mentor a team towards achieving sales targets and goals.

  • 5. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with team members, management, and external stakeholders.

  • 6. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve sales performance.

  • 7. Customer Focus: Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of professionalism in customer interactions.

  • 8. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changes in sales strategies, market conditions, and organizational priorities.

Additional Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines in a challenging sales environment.

This role is pivotal in driving the success of loan sales operations within a BPO environment, ensuring that sales targets are achieved while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with regulatory requirements.
