We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Automation QA Tester to join our dynamic Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation testing, proficiency in Python programming language, and extensive experience with Selenium WebDriver. As an Automation QA Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through the creation and execution of automated test scripts.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Python and Selenium WebDriver.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and contribute to the creation of test plans.
- Identify and report software defects, ensuring thorough documentation of issues and resolutions.
- Participate in the design and implementation of test automation frameworks.
- Conduct regression testing to guarantee the stability of existing functionalities.
- Work closely with developers to replicate, debug, and resolve reported issues.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in automation testing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Automation QA Tester or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming language.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver for automated testing.
- Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
