OVERVIEW:

The Executive Assistant to the CEO will play a key role in enabling numerous aspects in the CEO office. With integrity and professionalism, the incumbent will focus on prepare the necessary documents and reports related to various elements such as asset management planning, financial reports for the CEO office, regulatory licensing and coordination of daily personal and business requirements.

The role requires a high degree of flexibility, agility, proactive thinking, excellent organizational, planning and stakeholder management skills. Financial and asset management knowledge is a plus.

The incumbent shall, in particular, be responsible for the following tasks (subject to modifications and changes at Sportradar's sole discretion):

THE CHALLENGE:

  • Managing of international/highly complex business licenses (mainly in the US).
  • Invoice settlement and payment transactions, insurance, voucher submission and cooperation with accountant, etc.
  • Cooperation in the field of facility management of office and residential properties.
  • Clarification of issues with external agencies and service providers.
  • Managing of loan and investment (PE) portfolios, incl. cash-flow sheets.
  • Administrative link to associated companies and licensing authorities.
  • Support in asset management, communication with banks, lawyers etc.
  • Preparation of tax documents and communication with tax experts, authorities, etc.
  • Invoice settlement and payment transactions, insurance, voucher submission and cooperation with accountant, etc.
  • Cooperation in the field of facility management of office and residential properties (Switzerland and abroad).
  • Control of "action items", deadlines, etc.
  • Support in the signing process of contracts (incl. notarization)
  • Ensuring of timely payment of invoices
  • Drafting and editing letters, e-mails and documents and ensuring follow-up.
  • Greeting and check-in for clients and other guests at meetings and events. Communication directly and on behalf of the CEO with board members, customers, employees, etc.
  • Support and coordination of internal projects in a wide range of areas
  • Processing of the physical mail, filing of documents.
  • Organization of multi-day management meetings, board meetings, on-site meetings, internal events etc.
  • General administrative and organizational tasks (e.g. travel organization through our booking tool as well as with private vehicles including ensuring correct internal invoicing and detailed list for legal, finance and tax (Excel)).
  • Coordination and organization of business and private appointments and managing agenda.
  • Scheduling travel that includes airfare, accommodations, etc.
  • Taking care of personal matters.
  • Processing of incoming mail and preparation of correspondence D/E.
  • Cooperation in the field of facility management of office and residential properties.
  • Support of the workflow in the private household when required.
  • Deputy of the second Personal Assistant to CEO.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Executive Assistant experience in sizeable multinational environment
  • Previous experience in finance, accounting and tax would be a significant plus
  • Languages: Good command of German and English (written and spoken); other language is a plus
  • Valid drivers License
