Job Description

In this role you have the opportunity to join a world-class communications team and lead communications for Philips’ Image Guided Therapy business. You have the opportunity and responsibility to deliver high quality internal/ external communication services to the leadership and its global employee base, including employee engagement, customer experience, thought leadership and transformation programs.

Your Role:

• Managing a team of communications professionals, and delivering multiple diverse yet highly orchestrated communications programs across the Image Guided Therapy Business and its two Business Units
• Developing fully integrated communications plans, synthesizing commercial objectives with reputation and brand objectives and co-building global comms plans and campaigns from a business and markets perspective
• Developing and deploying the Image Guided Therapy internal/ external communications plan, including support for the company’s reputation, brand and culture programs
• Being an active member of the Image Guided Therapy and Image Guided Therapy Systems BU Management Teams
