Job title: Integrated Warehouse and Distribution Leader META

Leads the Integrated Warehouse and Distribution (IWD) activities for META Zone, from strategy to deployment across all business groups.

Your role:

• Develop and execute a clear vision for the future of Philips IWD in META, aligning with customers’ needs and Philips' go-to-market strategy.

• Take responsibility for the daily fulfilment of orders in the zone, to ensure on-time and in full delivery for all product and system orders, from order receipt, through allocation, to final delivery, and potential returns.

• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders in the Region organization, S&OP, CPMs, Factories and GBS for the order fulfilment execution

• Also, in contact with customers directly or through Sales and/or S_ervices &_ S_olutions_ Delivery colleagues that are in direct contact with customers to resolve any challenges for a smooth fulfilment

• Acts as Defect on Arrival (DEFOA) Lead & market hold coordinator for the zone.
