About the role

We are looking for a [EdTech] Lead Full-stack Node.js/Next.js Developer who will help build and lead the development of a scalable and high-performing backend and participate in creating UI applications using Next.js and related technologies. As a technical leader, you will not only ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of software solutions aligned with Ruby Labs' mission, but also guide and mentor your team, drive technical decisions, and play a key role in shaping the product's architecture.
