Strategic Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities:

• EMI meeting owner & daily POC for major customer's HW Technical Program Manager for all thin films ( CVD, MDP, ALD, and EPI).
• Productivity meeting owner and POC for major customer’s Directors and VP participants.
• NPI chamber installs & quals with emphasis on execution & optimization for TIQ improvements.
• Learn customer HW/SW requirements and drive into AMAT CIPs & NPI roadmaps.
• Technical expert to assist and train Customer Engineer workforce and operate as a plus-one to the Technical Product Support team.
• Ability to define and direct troubleshooting strategies during hard tool down escalations.

Customer Focus:

• Capability of handling and deescalating customer frustrations during high stress situations.
• Ability to deliver difficult customer feedback on their actions resulting in our HW damage.
• This position requires the HW/SW knowledge to lead highly technical customer communications.
• Communicate our product HW differentiations and the associated productivity benefits.
• Advance relationships with major customer’s HW management chain to obtain a preferred strategic partner status.
