Job Description

You will be responsible for crafting the experience, content and pathway to help customers achieve financial wellness.

This role is focused on both management and also on the craft and execution. As a core member of the “Coach” team, you will work closely with members of the rewards, product, UX as well as relevant team members from OMG.

You will need to define the journey which will inspire and enable OM Bank customers to improve their financial wellness over time – specifically relating to:
o Learning: e.g. Financial education videos, articles, etc.
o Practising: e.g. Tools, scenarios, calculators, games, etc.
o Doing: e.g. Actions and tasks

KEY RESULT AREAS

This includes, but us not limited to:

Financial education

• Defining the required financial education material
• Creating / Managing the creation of financial education material
• Personalization of financial education content – how we need to personalize and on what basis should we personalize
• Maximising engagement with FW education...
