Job Description

This role is accountable for building effective relationships with key stakeholders within Old Mutual Insure, Old Mutual Limited and external relationships with suppliers, regulatory bodies, and industry associations. It also entails the successful management of the financial, administrative, and operational functions, ensuring the profitability and future development and growth of the business. The incumbent will be accountable for achieving results through leaders of functions as well as peers and colleagues in the broader Old Mutual Limited group and various internal boards.

This role requires an outstanding Managing Director with a proven track record in leading and managing high functioning, collaborative teams and achieving exceptional business outcomes.
