You will be responsible for providing direct instruction and supervision to junior field engineers on day-to-day well site work and activities. Providing advice and direction to external customer and third-party wellsite colleagues as appropriate.

As a Field Specialist - Directional Drilling, you will be responsible for:

• Lead directional drilling operations on the customer site and ensure that the desired directional program and target objectives are achieved.
• Control well-bore paths, lead survey computations and quality check, bit hydraulics, rate of penetration, and bottom home assemblies.
• Maintain a complete listing of all directional tools and survey equipment on location, and days on location.
