The Opportunity
As a Senior Business Partner - Global Customer Experience, you will be an essential part of the Customer Experience Partnering team, a global function within Global Customer Experience. Our team focuses on developing and maintaining the business partner mindset through tasks related to partner relationship management in IT Service Desk & Digital and Healthcare solutions, as well as Finance & Procurement Business Support.
- Lead the process for handling new service requests or transitions to our department by connecting with the business requester and managing the demand intake.
- Proactively seek new service opportunities and collaborate with other departments in cross-department cases.
- Proactively engage with key stakeholders to understand business priorities and departmental needs.
- Develop and maintain customer/partner interaction frameworks, best practices, and global templates.
- Ensure effective communication with all stakeholder groups and establish missing communication channels.
- Integrate our department into the broader organizational network for seamless interaction.
- Based on available data and partner feedback, proactively develop service improvement initiatives/projects to enhance our services and adapt to the needs of our customers.
Who you are
- University degree or equivalent business experience.
- Minimum 5-6 yearsโ experience in a GBS (Global Business Services) environment preferred.
- Proficiency in English with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with assertiveness.
- Demonstrated excellence in customer relations and building partnerships across all organizational levels.
- Proactive and creative mindset, adept at adapting to changing needs, coordinating and leading initiatives and projects, and thriving in agile business environments.
