Who you are:

Accomplishes the objectives within the schedule and cost according to the company requirements in alignment with approach and cadence of the Central Team.

Ensuring that the ERP roll-outs (managed centrally) are properly staffed with local resources.

About the job:

• Establishes delivery scope, requirements, timelines and work plan.
• Manages complex implementations to meet budget, schedule, risk and quality goals.
• Ensures and drives the commitment of deliveries done locally and that they are aligned with the approach and cadence used by the Central Team.
• End-to-end responsibility to drive improvements and that there is commitment for those.
• Ensures that local implementations are aligned with prioritizations within relevant Value Streams.
• Manages the local D365 Team across all functional areas.
• Ensures that the local D365 Team, together with external partners, provides complete support for the solution
• Clearly communicates in oral and in written, listens and responds
• Works collaboratively within teams and contributes to group outcomes.
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire delivery.
• Understands complex strategic concepts and relationships by analysing problems from different points of view.
• Applies knowledge and experience to address critical issues.
• Takes initiative in handling multiple demands by demonstrating flexibility for optimum user satisfaction.
• Monitors progress and makes adjustments as needed.

What you know:

• Bachelor’s degree of computer science or related
• Experience in large projects and agile methodology
• Good business understanding and acumen
• Ability to translate business needs to delivery requirements
• Experience in integration of different enterprise systems
• Excellent written, oral presentation and interaction skills
• Fluent oral English, writing and comprehension are necessary
• Highly motivated, quick-learning and problem-solving skills.
