Mercer Portugal is seeking candidates for the following position based in our Lisbon office:

SENIOR EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION CONSULTANT

We will count on you to:

• Collaborate in projects including mainly within Rewards, including Compensation Analysis, Salary Bands definition, Incentives Design, Compensation Policies, etc.;
• Assist in the development and production of Mercer’s Total Compensation Surveys;
• Develop analysis (sometimes complex) based on client and market data and prepare client presentations/ reports by using excel data and powerpoint;
• Interact with clients and contribute to the development of strong business relations;
• Identify leads and act as a contributor for business development.

What you need to have:

• Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Management, HR or similar;
• Experience working with compensation/total rewards;
• More than 5 years of experience;
• English and portuguese language proficiency;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft tools, PowerPoint and particularly Excel;
• Analytical/Numbers-oriented thinking;
• Organized and rigorous;
• Team player and capable of multi-tasking.
