Senior People Operations Officer

Job Purpose:

As the HR Operations Officer (internally People Operations Officer) you will be part of the Global People team and will be reporting to the Global HR Processes & Rewards Manager. You will be the owner of all the HR Administration and documentation for all personnel data, new hires and exits, and you will be responsible for submitting UWV, IND & 30% ruling applications and forms. You are the number 1 point of contact for all HR administrative and transactional related questions from employees and managers across the globe. You will be providing general support to the People team. Next to that, you will be supporting the processing of the payroll for approximately 250 employees, located in multiple countries across 3 continents. And you will provide support with managing employee benefits (from pensions to bike plans). In addition, we are looking for a creative colleague who has an eye for process improvement and would be capable to take on more Compensation and Benefits responsibilities, specifically experienced in the Hay methodology.
