Cash Reconciliations Manager

Reporting to the VP, Head of Reporting, the Manager, Cash Reconciliations will be responsible for leading the cash reconciliation team. Through collaboration, investigation, and a focus on high quality processes and controls the Cash Reconciliation Manager is responsible for ensuring the complete and accurate reconciliation, balancing and reporting of cash management. This critical role ensures the appropriate level of follow-up and resolution to create an accountable and successful environment for the team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Overall oversight and management of the Company's cash reconciliation process and team, ensuring reconciliations are completed accurately and timely

· Review reconciliations within the reconciliation system, ensuring adherence to controls and appropriate documentation standards

· Assist the cash reconciliation team in the investigation of reconciling items using the reconciliation system

· Identify and troubleshoot issues and serve as a subject matter expert

· Summarize and present reconciliation information to executives with appropriate insight and action plan

· Provide on-going coaching/development and retaining talent.
