We are currently seeking a highly experienced Supplier Quality Assurance / Engineer - Senior to join our team. As a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of the components and services provided by our suppliers. You will play a crucial role in evaluating supplier performance, implementing quality improvement initiatives, and driving continuous improvement in supplier quality processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring of the supplier performance.
  • Support on the training of the suppliers and correct applicability of the standards.
  • Responsible of end-to-end APQP Deployment
  • Monitoring of the PPAP development.
  • Assess supplier capabilities and establish quality criteria.
  • Conduct supplier audits to evaluate quality systems, processes, and compliance with quality standards and requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supplier-related quality issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Manage supplier performance metrics and drive continuous improvement in supplier quality performance.
  • Develop and implement supplier-based quality improvement programs and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with suppliers on the validation and qualification of components and materials.
  • Participate in supplier selection and evaluation processes, including the review of supplier contracts and agreements.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders and suppliers to address quality issues and drive mutually beneficial solutions.

You will be working from the supplier facilities and in H.O.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Supplier Quality Assurance or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems, quality tools, and methodologies.
  • Experience in conducting supplier audits and assessments.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong knowledge of supplier quality standards and requirements.
  • Experience in driving continuous improvement in supplier performance and quality.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build effective relationships with suppliers.
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
  • Experience in the Automotive industry MANDATORY
