Finance Operations Specialist

• Prepare monthly accounting packs for Germany, Italy, Spain, and the US in collaboration with external advisors, ensuring compliance with local regulations and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Oversee the invoicing process, manage accounts receivable and payable to ensure timely payments and accurate financial records.
• Manage the company’s treasury functions.
• Contribute to the preparation and analysis of cash flow forecasts to support strategic decision-making and financial planning.
• Maintain and update financial data in tools such as Moss, Datev, etc., ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
• Assist in the preparation of year-end closing activities and tax reporting, ensuring compliance with international taxation rules and accounting standards.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably within a startup environment.
• Ability to adapt and operate effectively in a fast-growing and dynamic business environment.
• Proficient understanding of international accounting standards (IFRS, HGB, or equivalents).
• Familiarity with taxation rules across Italy, Spain, Germany, and the US.
