Denver Public Safety Youth Programs (DPSYP) is seeking a Diversion Services Manager to oversee prevention and intervention services that support at-risk and justice-involved youth. DPSYP serves as the youth delinquency prevention and intervention arm of the Denver Department of Public Safety and is responsible for coordinating prevention and intervention strategies to prevent and reduce youth delinquency.

We are looking for candidates who have prior experience performing and/or supervising coordinated case management services for youth that included outreach to youth/families, screening and assessment, case planning, and ongoing case coordination to support youth/family engagement. Additionally, we are looking for candidates who have experience leading or serving in a lead role on collective impact programs/projects specific to youth/family services.

• Alternative to Citation (ATC) Program: The ATC program is a partnership between DPSYP and the Denver Police Department to divert youth to services in lieu of issuing a citation for incidents that occur on school grounds. ...
