We're looking for an enthusiastic, curious Art Director to join our Performance Creative team. As an Art Director, you will contribute to the development of creative for digital design, display, social and websites. You have experience with design, understanding of a creative brief and know how to bring their own ideas and creativity to the table. You understand digital marketing and can design across multiple digital media. You are guided by what resonates with consumers and what makes them act, use these principles and apply this to creative design. You understand iterative testing and optimization and how to amplify designs and templates to meet these needs.
As a hybrid Art Director/Designer for several of our brands including a global tech company, financial services client and a global aerospace company, you'll join a great team of art directors and copywriters creating performance creative deliverables – from paid social and email campaigns to display ads, landing pages and different performance channels, with an emphasis on paid social.
