The Customer Support Specialist will help our Customers realize the value of the solutions purchased from Verisk Marketing Solutions, primarily through responsive case resolution. The position is dynamic in that not all cases are created equal – some resolutions can be performed independently, while others may require escalation, partnership and collaboration with a few key stakeholders across the business

In this role, we're looking for someone who loves helping people and has a knack for solving technical and complex problems. This sometimes requires in-depth investigation and collaboration with account management, product, and engineering teams - no matter what; we always follow through and aim to exceed the customer's expectations. If you have an interest in learning new things and overcoming challenges this position may be for you.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

● Effectively act as the liaison between our Customers and internal teams

● Conduct periodic status checkpoints with customers on outstanding issues to ensure customer satisfaction
