Scrum Master

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a background in data projects to join our team. This role is part of a data-heavy, AI innovation project for a top global consulting firm. The successful candidate will guide our teams in applying Agile methodologies, ensuring the successful delivery of complex data-driven solutions.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Proven experience managing data projects, with a strong understanding of data engineering, AI, and machine learning concepts.
• Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or PMI-ACP certification is required. Additional Agile certifications are a plus.
• Agile Expertise: Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and practices, with the ability to adapt them to data-heavy projects.
• Technical Skills:
