About the team

The global Workforce Analytics team focuses on understanding strategic business initiatives and connecting them to talent opportunities. We use data to measure how well we attract, develop and retain a diverse workforce in the right place, at the right time.

What you will be doing

Your main objective will be to develop & automate advanced analytics dashboards using Power BI. To be successful, you will establish relationships across The People Office (HR) to understand strategic objectives and become proficient in our people systems (e.g., Workday, Visier, Glint, etc.) in order to combine disparate data into optimized visualizations.
