During this internship you will support the Differentiated Formats team within the Retail Operations Department that operates from the head office in Amsterdam. You will report into the Senior Specialist Differentiated Formats and will have a support- and advisory role.
As Differentiated Formats team we are responsible to build optimal conditions for our 40 European outlets, House of Rituals and Premium stores. This means creation and implementation of our Commercial Calendar, Assortment Management, Pricing, and multiple commercial and many more operational projects that benefit our local teams.
As part of your team you work closely with all departments within Rituals, like Format & Design, Supply Chain, Communications and Marketing Departments.
You will be responsible for:
- Supporting the development of the commercial briefings.
- Supporting commercial and operational projects (e.g., Shop challenges).
- Supporting on reporting and analysis.
- Liaise with our frontline heroes (shops) to collect best practices.
- Maintaining the commercial chapters in Shop Rituals (operations manual).
