Counseling at Dupont is seeking a licensed, contract therapist to join our small office of psychotherapists operating in NW Washington, DC (metro accessible). Counseling at Dupont provides individual, couples and group therapy services for individuals with commercial insurance, Amerihealth MCO coverage, or for those who can only afford to pay a reduced fee for therapy.

Candidates must be in good standing with the licensing body in DC and eligible for insurance credentialing. CAQH enrollment desired.

Requirements

CONTRACT Opportunity

•Must have an LICSW or LPC licensed in good standing with the District of Columbia.

•Must have a National Provider Identification Number (NPI).

•Minimum of three years post-licensure clinical experience in mental health services.

•Minimum of two years providing diagnostic, assessment, psychotherapy/counseling services.

•Strong interpersonal, verbal, written and computer skills.

•Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

•Excellent computer skills, to include operating Microsoft Office Suite programs.

•Knowledge and ability to navigate an Electronic Medical Record (EMR), including note writing and data entry.

•Ability to respect and uphold client confidentiality.

•Ability to exhibit a high level of organizational skills and able to prioritize and multi-task without direct supervision.
