The Service HUB Collaboration offer tools and services to enhance (virtual) collaboration and a culture of information sharing for Deutsche Telekom employees. That’s why we bring together all value streams: from Video Conferencing, Telephony and Chat to the Microsoft 365 world and social collaboration.

Following skills are necessary to fulfill this role:

  • Microsoft 365 / MS Teams Operations Manager
  • General Microsoft 365 Know-how especially M365 operations, AAD, Exchange, SharePoint, PowerShell
  • Experience with MS Teams Enterprise Voice and Video
  • VoIP Know-how including PBX, SIP, PSTN (Operator Connect, Direct Routing), SBC, Analog Ports
  • Experience with Video Systems (e.g. MTR devices, Cisco devices)
  • Third Level Support Experience with ticket handling (On call)
  • End2End Service View for an internal top service

Requirements

Language Skills:

English, German skills in writing and speaking
