Logistics Support

You will be responsible for support of the operational and administrative support of the entire logistics cycle for the Trading Office.

Your main tasks will be:

• Operational- and Administrative support (including document flow)
• Ensure on time delivery of high quality perishable goods to the destination countries
• Support on Stock management of fresh- and frozen, national- and international stocks (including document flow)
• Processing transport- and stock orders in an accurate and timely manner
• Support on transport planning- and management for the Trading Office' logistics activities​
• Internal reporting of Trading Office' Logistic Department
• Handline of transport- and stock related claims
• Maintain and develop SCM network of Metro Food Sourcing

Requirements

• 1-2 years of working experience in an operational and administrative role
• Fluent in English, any other language is a plus
• Availability for a full-time contract (40 hours)
