The LEGO Continuous Improvement Department (LCI) focuses on creating the necessary competencies for continuous improvement at all levels of the organization to achieve the strategic objectives defined each year; which is achieved through training and ensuring the correct use of the available improvement tools as well as the involvement on strategic productivity projects.

Core Responsabilities

  • Data collection and analysis to detect productivity projects.
  • Apply Industrial Engineering methods and tools
  • Support LCI team on strategic DMAIC productivity projects.
  • Update VSM to detect improvement opportunities
  • Document and update internal processes.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Education: from 7th semester and above preferably Industrial Engineer or similar bachelor's degree. (Availability to remain in the role for 12 months)
  • Data collection and Data Analysis understanding.
  • Knowladge on Industrial Engineering methods and tools (VSM, Line Balance, Time and Motion study)
  • Knowledge of Office tools specially Excel, Power Point and a plus if any Microsoft Platform (like Power BI, Power app, Forms, etc.)
  • Good verbal and written communication both in Spanish and English
  • Proactive, responsible
  • Able to work independently but also energized/thrives in a team environment
  • High level of cooperation and teamwork
