Role: HRIS Reporting Analyst (Workday Reporting Analyst)

The HR Reporting Analyst is a member of the HRIS/ People Analytics team. The role will help to accelerate the Smith & Nephew HR reporting and analytics roadmap developing insights and owning the analysis of HR data to support the Business and HR Function. Working closely with the Workday SME's, Data Governance lead and the Director or People Analytics, this role will lead on ad-hoc insights and analysis across all areas of people data, including headcount, recruitment, talent, reward, performance, absence and employee movement. The role will also help to maintain and develop current and future reporting requirements in Workday, PowerBI and other People Analytics tools to better drive self-service across the business.
