Position Summary

Under the general direction of the Vice President of Revenue Cycle, the Sr. Manager Escalations provides organizational direction and leadership for our Partners and internal teams ensuring timely and accurate follow-up of infusion charges from all payors. The Senior Manager assists the Vice President of Revenue Cycle in establishing the organizational priorities and operational strategies to drive optimal performance of the intake, billing, and collection process. The Sr. Manager acts as a liaison between our client’s leadership, third party billing vendors and other departments in the organization.
