Accountabilities:

As an Employee Engagement Manager, you will partner with AstraZeneca Talent Acquisition teams, develop and maintain onboarding programs, implement comprehensive internal communication strategies, and foster a high-performance culture by ensuring up-to-date career paths as well as Learning & Development offerings. You will also develop trainings and coach managers on strategies that boost employee engagement to perform towards organizational success.
