We currently have an opportunity available for a Senior Manager, Reward to lead the reward outcomes for all AIA Australia team members and managers. Based in either Melbourne or Sydney this is an exceptional opportunity for a Reward professional with demonstrated experience within life or health insurance or within financial services.

To do this successfully you will:

• Lead and manage the execution of the cyclical processes including Total Compensation Review (TCR) and incentive plans (short term and long term) partnering with Group Reward and local People and Culture BPs
• Evolve, execute and communicate the Reward strategy to all AIA Australia team members and managers ensuring there is a clear alignment to the overall EVP
