System Operations Engineer / Infrastructure Specialist

• You will be responsible for continuous development and operation of our worldwide used tools and platforms at Bosch.
• You will work on the integration of new products and services into the existing tool landscape.
• Furthermore, you develop and improve custom plugins for Jira and Confluence and enhance our DevOps pipeline.
• You will analyze and implement measures to eliminate errors and work on improving the system platform.
• Last but not least, you communicate with software manufacturers and external service providers and provide 3rd level support to end users.

Requirements

• Experience: several years in system integration or DevOps incl. network architecture and security, Java-EE development and profound experience with system automation and version control systems
• Knowledge: deep knowledge and experience development, operations, architecture, and monitoring of Java-based IT solutions on Linux platform. Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus.
• Personality: proactive, interculturally open, able to absorb facts quickly
• Working Practice: autonomously, organized, service- and customer-oriented
• Enthusiasm: Knowing and appreciating agile methods in a dynamic business environment as well as enjoying intercultural cooperation Languages: business fluent in written and spoken English
