The Position

Within the Global Customer Support Knowledge & Learning Excellence (KLE) organization, the Content Creation and Content Management Sub-chapters provide content that enables customers and Roche service personnel to use, install, and maintain diagnostic instruments and software. Our deliverables are evolving from traditional technical documentation to state-of-the-art reusable content, created in a component content management system and distributed to multiple delivery channels through a content delivery platform.
