The Russell McVeagh Banking and Finance Law Masterclass series is designed to provide practical insights and discussion on a range of interesting topics in the banking and finance law space. The course is led by Jesse Fairley, a partner in the Russell McVeagh Banking and Finance team. Jesse has extensive experience advising on a range of complex and innovative financing transactions, with a focus on acquisition and leveraged finance, real estate finance, syndicated and club lending, structured finance and debt capital markets.
