WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Management of the Matrix42 Empirum environment:
    • Setup of Empirum
    • Operation of the environment
    • Problem analysis
    • Packaging
    • Patch management
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Mobile Device Management, Microsoft Defender is an advantage
  • Adjusting and implementing device policies
  • 2nd-level support for the deployed management solutions, as well as supporting the service desk and desktop support
  • Participation in decisions regarding workplace devices, processes, and policies
  • Implementation and monitoring of device compliance profiles
  • Participation in IT projects that affect the workplace

Requirements

YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:

  • completed vocational training in the IT sector with professional experience,
  • have several years of experience with Matrix42 Empirum,
  • have high communication skills and self-motivation, independent working style, customer-oriented mindset, and confident demeanor,
  • have cross-architecture knowledge in the Windows environment - advantage,
  • have basic knowledge of ITSM (ITIL Foundation certification is an advantage),
  • have good knowledge of project management methods as an employee or work package manager in projects,
  • have good knowledge in automating tasks with Microsoft PowerShell,
  • have knowledge in managing Apple devices - advantage,
  • have good knowledge in handling trouble ticket systems (e.g., ServiceNow),
  • have good network knowledge (TCP/IP, Ethernet, DNS),
  • speak English and German, both B2+
