● Manage bot setup and optimization for all TechOps channels across, BNB Forum, Telegram group, Github and Discord.
● Accurate ticket tracking across all support channels. Prepare a monthly report for review and identify opportunities.
● Research into cutting edge technologies(i.e. AI tooling) to automate and optimize processes.
● Understanding of BNB Chain ecosystem metrics, including BSC, opBNB and BNB Greenfield.
● Analyst data and provide solutions and suggestions.
● Seek product feedback and track usage/performance, driving our product roadmap
● Build and maintain ongoing relationships with multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally.
● Work in a quick changing environment.
Requirements
● Excellent English in both speaking and writing. (Mandarin would be a plus).● Familiar with Python, JavaScript, C++ for bot management.
● Understanding of Blockchain Tech would be essential.
● Strong analytical skills
● Ability to understand and troubleshoot complex technical issues
● Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
● Excellent people skills to monitor.
● Interest in blockchain and crypto technologies.
