Job Description:

Responsible for assisting with the development of strategy and managing the end-to-end leasing process and execution of all Transactions for Sun Life leased properties across North America, in collaboration with an external brokerage service provider.

What will you do?

• Lead lease expiries and critical dates for the Financial Center (FC) portfolio and participate in strategy analysis and development related to moves, renewals, consolidations, and terminations across the Financial Centre portfolio; 50% + of workload
