Associate Customer Journey Expert

The Associate Customer Journey Expert (CJE) is a member of a squad within ING's One Way of Working organisation, who works together with other Customer Journey Experts to achieve the squad's purpose. An Associate CJE will have expertise in one or more of the areas of product management, channel and/or process optimisation, or other relevant areas that are required in the squad.

In this position, you will have responsibility for the development, management and lifecycle of Retail products, services, channel delivery and processes within one or more of these areas. To be successful for this position, you will be familiar with the relationship between these areas, with a view to achieving an optimal customer experience whilst meeting ING targets. An Associate CJE reports to a Chapter Lead who will be responsible for leading, supporting and developing your craftsmanship. An Associate CJE is also a member of a Chapter.
