• Full time, fixed term position as a Technical Officer in the Technical Support Services Team for 12 months

• Base salary from $99,455 plus 17% superannuation

About the opportunity

Working in support of world class biomedical research at the Medical Foundation Building at Camperdown. The Technical Officer delivers timely and effective technical services within the designated area of responsibility to achieve enhanced education/research support outcomes. This includes provision of hands-on support services for research as required, maintenance of equipment and safe working environment, provision of technical advice to users (academic staff/researchers/clinicians), protocol optimisation (where required), sourcing and preparation of consumables, and assist in the writing of safety and procedural documentation.
