Overview
LDC is on the lookout for a Sr Program Manager to enhance its Global Innovation team. In this multifaceted role combining ideation, incubation, and feasibility. For key innovation areas, you will frame the business innovation objectives and lead the scoping, validation and incubation/pilot stages driving it from idea to scale.
You will gather ideas to grow the business using various resources such as market information, consumer insight, or personal networks. You will translate ideas into actionable and profitable business, establishing innovation programs supported by financial estimates.
You will engage key stakeholders across the business to ensure successful implementation of innovation projects.
Ideas: supply chain digitalization, new proteins solutions, B2C products development, sustainable solutions, or trading support with AI, among others.
