Personal Assistant

We are looking for an individual excited to join Tribe Mortgages NL! Within our Lead Team, the three Product Area Leads are looking to hire a joint Personal Assistent, and this offers a unique opportunity to get acquainted with and to work in a dynamic department.

Your role

In your role as Personal Assistant, you will support the Product Area Lead Origination, the Product Area Lead In-Life Management and the Product Area Lead Risk & Portfolio Control. The location of this position is Amsterdam (Haarlerbergweg). It is important that you are (digitally) visible and approachable. That you feel actively involved and act proactively.

• Agenda management - Daily scheduling of appointments and proactively maintaining the agenda. Assess priority, sensitivity, and purpose of appointment
• Perform various administrative duties
• Make travel / accommodation arrangements
• Supporting the arrangement and planning of events

Furthermore, you have:

• Experience in a similar role as Personal Assistant
• Excellent command of the Dutch and English language is essential
• You master the most used office programs and applications such as MS Office, Workday, I-buy (E-Profit)
• You are able to prioritize and work efficiently
• You can work independently and solving problems through your solution-oriented attitude
• You can manage cultural differences and handle highly sensitive and confidential information
