They focus on talent acquisition, onboarding, retention, compensation, benefits, administration, and analytics, while implementing effective practices and policies. Additionally, they enhance employer branding and internal communication initiatives. By deeply engaging in business partnering, People team works closely with other departments and management to align HR strategies with the company's business goals.

‌As a People Services Specialist, you will play a crucial role in migrating HR data to Oracle HCM and aligning HR processes across all legal entities. This position requires a solid HR background, experience with Oracle HCM, exceptional reporting and Excel skills, and a passion for data management.

Responsibilities:

  • Support in capturing the main gaps in processes, procedures, and policies between Endava and local rules;
  • Support OSC and local teams in obtaining the same understanding of specific technical requirements;
  • Providing details that would support validation of the OSC solution on local matters;
  • Capture the technical solution requirement in Functional Specifications;
  • Prepare build files and support OSC with the related queries;
  • Onboard local teams on the Integration plan;
  • Organize and perform as-needed SIT testing;
  • Supporting the validation of the defects raised and the solution provided up to the closure of the issue;
  • Onboard BAU resources supporting SIT on Integration specifics and overall plan, organize and perform training on technology, processes, and policies for local teams;
  • Organize and support the teams performing UAT as per the after-Go live plans;
  • Organize and support the data migration process;
  • Organize and support Cutover rehearsals;
  • Guide the local teams on overcoming the technical and process -challenges that occur in the Integration process;
  • Perform SOX training on IPE for data migration files;
  • Support Go live activities;
  • Guide local teams into the Endava processes and procedures;
  • Offers support on building the specific HR files as per agreed requirements;
  • Support on after Go live activities.

Beyond integrations, a People Services Specialist's day may also include:

  • Answers routine HR inquiries and undertake duties that require knowledge of established departmental procedures and familiarity with HR operations and activities;
  • Maintains the HR database - HCM updated and provides regular and ad-hoc reports for data analysis;
  • Prepares work contracts, addendums, and work contract termination;
  • Registers and maintains accurate data on various 3rd parties-providers platforms, depending on location (ex. SDWorx, Standard Life, HMRC);
  • Monthly briefs finance about new employees, leavers, salary, grade changes, or any other employment issues;
  • Briefs Endava ITS about new starters, leavers, or other employment-related changes;
  • Responsible for compensation and benefits administration and recordkeeping in HCM;
  • Draft and update HR standard procedures (SOP’s);
  • Performs UAT’s in HCM
  • Participates in specific work projects as determined by the line manager and performs other related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or similar;
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar HR professional role in a multinational company;
  • Previous experience with post-merger integrations is considered a plus;
  • Experience working with Oracle HCM or a similar ERP is considered a plus;
  • Excellent reporting and Excel skills;
  • A passion for working with data;
  • Previous experience in HR transformation projects is a plus;
  • A general understanding of business and business skills;
  • Resilience in the face of change;
  • An open-minded and structured approach;
  • Demonstrated attention to details;
  • Must be tactful and diplomatic and possess the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of an organization;
  • Is people-oriented, flexible, and mindful of company resources;
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the business in English & Romanian;
  • Is highly self-motivated and dedicated, serious work ethic, and has the ability to think and adapt quickly.
